We all need farmville neighbours if we want to advance past about level 8 with ease in farmville. Getting neighbours is quite simple once you have done it once or twice.

Firstly, how do you get farmville neighbors? (please excuse me if I spell it “farmville neighbours” with a “u” it is habit)

I will talk about facebook, as it is what I use the most. In facebook you firstly have to have friends. Once you have normal facebook friends, then you can send a request to them to be your neighbour.

Here are the steps.

  1. Login to your facebook
  2. in the bottom left of your facebook page, click on the applications menu, and select farmville

  3. After the farmville game has loaded, click the My neighbors tab in the links menu.

  4. you will now see a list of your existing facebook friends, you can invite them to be your farmville neighbours here. They will recieve a request and can approve it.

If you do not have enough friends that are interested in becoming your farmville neighbor, you can find lists of people that are interested. You will first have to add them as friends, once that is done, you can request to be a neighbor by following the steps above. But quite often when you request to be a friend, they will accept, and request that you become a neighbour.

The best way is to find a forum or list of people that are actively looking for farmville neighbors. They will post a link to their profile page. Dont click on any links that do not go to their profile page. Once you are at their profile page, you can request to be their friend. I also normally put them into a group called farmville, so that i can easily filter them.
